Pause Therapy is built with your privacy as a core principle. We do not share your personal information with anyone — period. No third parties, no advertisers, no data brokers.

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the app experience:

• Email address — only if you sign up for the waitlist or create an account.
• App usage data — anonymous, aggregated data such as session counts and feature usage to help us improve the app. This data is never tied to your identity.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not track your location.
• We do not read your messages or contacts.
• We do not collect any health or biometric data.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

How we use your information

Any information we collect is used solely to operate and improve Pause Therapy. We use your email to communicate with you about the app (such as launch updates) and anonymous usage data to understand how the app is being used so we can make it better.

We never share your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party. Your data stays with us and is used only to serve you.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. While no system is perfectly secure, we are committed to safeguarding your data.

Pause Therapy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
